Valerie and Kirk are a brother and sister team who grew up in the central Texas town of Victoria, and also spent much time in their parents' home town of Hallettsville. Family values include an exceptional work ethic, respect for others, respect for the land, and how to share (it's a big family). 

The Number Team firm began in 2010 and incorporated in 2014.
